For years I spent my kids childhood in auto pilot. waiting for bedtime, nap-time, school days etc!
Then I got pregnant with a second set of twins I developed a life threatening pregnancy complication which made me reevaluate my life  and i knew something had to change.

"I just Can't do this anymore"

I used to have this on repeat to my mum! 

What do you want me to do she would reply. 

But what could she do? She already did lots for me but nothing was enough.What I didn't realise I was in burnout. At total crisis mode! 

What I needed was someone to wave a course like this at me to start working on those things that got me feeling so overwhelmed

When I  finally came out out of crisis mode I started putting this program together using a collaboration of tools from books, podcasts and experts in their own fields and things I have developed myself.

Highly  support 8 week group program for mums overwhelmed with the mum load, motherhood and life in general. Mums That know there is more passion and fulfilment to be had but just dont know which thread to pull at for fear their world crumbles before them 

Its time to get rid of that mum guilt , Fill our own mugs and start living a life with more fulfilment and passion for the things that matter. 

This program will get you creating healthy & productive habits to really tackle mum life head on and even feel fulfilled by your day to day! 

This 8 week program of practical fun activities will build you a tool box to come back to time and time again! 

A gentle start to our time together working on your mindset and starting to unpick the threads of overwhelm. Working on seeing where you are at right now, pulling at the strings that stop you from moving forward and taking a glimpse into what you want life to truly look like in the future.

Week Two

This week we will start to create a vision for your future. Where are you working towards? - A happier mummy, more quality time? We will look at your "Full Teapot" day, those blocks and the vision for your future.

It's time to work on you! 

Self care has to be one of our top priorities if not the top priority 

We can not pour from an empty teapot! 

Lets look at what truly brings you Joy and what you can do for self care 

Week Three

Put On That Oxygen mask

Week Four 

Carrying on with self care it is time to put movement in our days. As well as find a gratitude practice for ourselves and our family. And look at how we can top up our self care tool box long term

We will be getting practical In week five & Six

We will be going through our home Groove! 

Taking messy action steps to get to that end goal we wanted in week Two. 

We will look at the homes and areas that make us groan and those that make our hearts sing. 

A home Audit, making plans, and creating messy micro action to get those niggles moving out of the door.

Our final two weeks we are going to be creating those grooves that last! 

We will be taking learnings from weeks five & six and truly changing how we live our days! 

In this final module You will not only have banished the overwhelm and mum guilt but you will see more fulfilment and more passion for the things that truly matter to you! 

We are going to be looking at the non negotiable of our days those things in life that really want us to pack a bag and run. 

We will create your, daily grooves so that you are less ground down by them. 

Week Seven & Eight

Grind To Groove 

This is not the end. 
It is only the beginning 

Wherever you end up when the program closes you will not be left alone.

I am a mindset and practical tools coach for mums who are in overwhelm.

I have been there in your shoes. 

I had my first babies as what the NHS class as a geriatric mother. After 5 years of infertility I ended up with twins and that version of me as the perfect mum quickly went out of the window!

I struggled to be the best i could let alone a perfect mum. 

Then,  When I was 35 weeks pregnant with my second set I was given a rare but life threatening pregnancy complication.

As I waited for the operation that could cause grave complications or save mine and my babies life  I promised to anyone in the universe that was listening that if i got to live I would live a better life. I would do better and be better! 

Thats why now I am on a mission to help as many mums as I can start living a life more fulfilled, 

I want to hold the hands of mums to give them those years of their children's childhoods that I lost!
